All items purchased from Hype Beverages Direct are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We do not accept returns of consumable or date sensitive products. This is to protect all of our customers.

Liquid products are sensitive to freezing temperatures. We will attempt to delay orders that we know will be going through areas where temperatures may freeze product. If product does freeze, please contact us and we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
